United Kingdom

We aim to deliver all items within 2-3 working days after we receive your order, stock permitting. During busy periods this might be slightly longer due to high volumes being handled by the Royal Mail. You will only be charged carriage once per order, even if we send it out to you in more than one parcel. You will be advised by e-mail as to the day of dispatch.

Delivery Method and Charges

Orders up to £99

Are sent with Royal Mail 1st class post. Allow 1-3 working days for delivery after dispatch. Carriage charges are £3 for orders up to £49 & £4 for orders between £50 - £99.

Orders over£100

Are sent with Initial City Link or Royal Mail Recorded and are delivered next working day after dispatch* between 8.30am & 5.30pm and require a signature upon delivery. AM delivery can be arranged at extra cost. If you are not at home we are happy to deliver to your work address. Initial City-Link will not deliver to a PO Box address. Carriage charges are £6.50 for all orders over £100.

Orders over£100	Are sent with Royal Mail Recorded and are delivered next working day after dispatch* between 8.30am & 5.30pm and require a signature upon delivery. AM delivery can be arranged at extra cost. If you are not at home we are happy to deliver to your work address. Carriage charges are £6.50 for all orders over £100.

International

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, stock permitting.

Orders over£200	Are sent with OCS Worldwide couriers. Allow 3-10 working days for delivery after dispatch, depending on region. Requires signature upon receipt. If you are not at home we are happy to deliver to your work address. Initial City-Link will not deliver to a PO Box address. Carriage charges will be calculated at time of checkout.
