Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all items within 2-3 working days after we receive your order, stock permitting. During busy periods this might be slightly longer due to high volumes being handled by the Royal Mail. You will only be charged carriage once per order, even if we send it out to you in more than one parcel. You will be advised by e-mail as to the day of dispatch.
Delivery Method and Charges
| Orders up to £99 |
Are sent with Royal Mail 1st class post. Allow 1-3 working days for delivery after dispatch. Carriage charges are £3 for orders up to £49 & £ 4 for orders between £50-£99.

| Orders over£100 |
Are sent with Initial City Link and are delivered next working day after dispatch* between 8.30am & 5.30pm and require a signature upon delivery. AM delivery can be arranged at extra cost. If you are not at home we are happy to deliver to your work address. Initial City-Link will not deliver to a PO Box address. Carriage charges are £6.50 for all orders over £100.

Are sent with Initial City Link. Allow 3-10 working days for delivery after dispatch, depending on region. Requires signature upon receipt. If you are not at home we are happy to deliver to your work address. Initial City-Link will not deliver to a PO Box address. Carriage charges will be calculated at time of checkout.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We will exchange or refund any items of Legwear (Tights, Stay-Ups, Knee Highs etc), which are returned unopened within 28 days of despatch.
We will exchange or refund any Bodywear, Lingerie and Swimwear or other Non Legwear items provided they are returned unworn in perfect condition with all their original packaging intact within 28 days of dispatch.
Special orders (i.e goods ordered in specially that we do not normally stock) cannot be returned.
Please ensure that high value items are returned via registered or recorded post and that they are insured. We cannot be held responsible for the loss in transit of returned goods.
Refunds will be issued within 1 week of the returns being received.

Faulty Goods & Complaints
All complaints will be dealt with sympathetically. Any items that are clearly suffering from a manufacturing defect will be replaced or refunded immediately. However, we reserve the right, in the case of questionable complaints, to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection in order to clarify whether the complaint is genuine. We will keep the customer informed of the progress of their complaint. This procedure may take in excess of 30 days.
